One of a kind, handcrafted Rocky Paw Patrol Christmas Ornament. Rocky got a new recycling truck for Christmas and is taking a moment to remind us all to recycle. Rocky and his recycling truck are toy figurines. The base of this ornament is wood. I covered the top and bottom with scrapbook paper. The sides were painted then covered with washi tape. I finished the edges using Liquid Pearl acrylic paint. Finally, I sealed everything with decoupage.
