One of a kind, handcrafted Silkie Chicken Christmas Ornament titled: From Chicken You Get Eggs. When you're a chicken, of course, you give eggs as presents and hang them on your tree. Silkie is a Schleich, realistic toy figurine I repurposed for this cute ornament. I gave her a ribbon scarf to wear. The carton of eggs and the eggs decorating the mini tree are dollhouse miniature accessories. The little tree is also decorated with a tinsel pipe cleaner. The base is wood. The top and bottom are covered with scrapbook paper sealed with decoupage. The sides were painted then covered with ribbon.
